The Vintro Platform Is Not a Financial Intermediary

The Vintro platform ("Vintro") is not a financial intermediary under any legal or regulatory framework.

Vintro does not participate financially in transactions besides Vintro orders. A Vintro order is the purchase of a feedback message from a leader on Vintro. Vintro does not materially benefit (such as by taking a success-based fee or commission) from any bilateral or multilateral arrangements between parties that engage on the Vintro. However, Vintro reserves the right to charge flat nominal fees for using Vintro's technology infrastructure. This flat fee is in no way dependent on the nature of usage.

For more on the legal aspects of Vintro, see the Vintro Terms of Service.
