Getting paid is fun! In this article, we hope to answer all yours concerns about getting paid. We will cover the following:
What do I get paid?
For each review you complete, you will get paid at 75% of the published rate on your Vintro profile. You can change that amount any time in your reviewer settings and it becomes instantly updated on your public Vintro profile.
Your compensation gets added to your pending balance immediately after each review you submit. That compensation then gets moved into your available balance in about two weeks depending on various factors beyond Vintro's control, including time lags imposed by our payment and banking partners.
When does payout occur?
Once every month, Vintro deposits your available balance to your provided bank account. If before payout day you have a non-zero available balance, you should expect to receive that amount, less a flat payout fee, in about 3 to 5 business days. Payout fees are explained in the next section.
Roughly speaking, each payout cycle includes compensation for the reviews you complete in the month-long period starting from about 45 days before and ending in about two weeks before payout day. Example: If payout day is October 1st, then, approximately, the October payout will cover reviews you completed between August 15th and September 15th. We will deposit all of your available balance as of September 30th, less the payout fee, to your designated bank account.
How do I get paid?
When you join Vintro, we ask you for a bank account that we can send payments to. Once you complete this process, you get listed as a reviewer on Vintro and become available for businesses to contact.
Vintro uses a combination of transmission and banking partners to support payouts for our reviewers. For reviewers residing in most countries, payout will arrive via quick local bank transfers. If you live in a jurisdiction not supported by local bank transfer, a wire transfer will be used instead (potentially at extra cost).
Not receiving your deposit?
First, please verify that you have submitted the correct bank information. Once you correct any inconsistent bank details, our systems should automatically attempt to re-process your payout. If it doesn't work out, please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you sort it out.
