Example 1 - Noah Silverstein - VentCU

Some things we love about this video:

  • Noah gives a concise but deep overview of the scope of the problem they are solving.    
  • He gives a clear explanation of the solution without delving too deep into technical details. 
  • He is clear about why his team needs money and what they plan to do with it. 
  • The video of his team and picture of their product mockup are compelling and not distracting. 

Example 2 - Claire Zhou - Voyant Diagnostics

Some things we love about this video:

  • Claire does a great job of making this video feel conversational and human.    
  • She quantifies the problem and is clear about how her product offers a solution.
  • She clearly articulates both the current state and the projection of future growth for her company.
  • She uses subtle and informative graphics as non-distracting visual aids.
  • The concluding ask is extremely clear and concise. 

Example 3 - Melody Li - Supersubs

  • Melody does a great job of making this video feel conversational and human.    
  • She is clear about what stage the company is in its progress and its needs. 
  • This video is a great example of how video editing is not necessary for a great pitch video. It was shot on an iPhone and uploaded straight to Vintro. 

Example 4 - Matthew Smith - Do Good Collaborative

Some things we love about this video:

  • Matt is very clear about his needs and his ask 
  • The subtitles are a nice touch that helps the viewer follow along with what's being said
  • He breaks down the problem and his solutions to the problem 
  • He starts with information on his own background to contextualize the rest of the pitch.
